Vintage Paradise Originally Chasia’s grandparent’s home, but when they died, her parents moved in. When her parent’s decided to she got the house, along with her mother’s store ‘Girls Best Friend’. It has five bedrooms and bathrooms, one each for the residents and one for a guest. This house also includes a swimming pool complete with diving board and over-flowing hot tub. There is also one main kitchen and one small kitchen located at the rear of the home. There's 1 big living room and 2 small lounges. Also 1 dining room with the finest china and a sun room located in the middle of the house on the 2nd floor for some in-house sun bathing. Lastly, they have a gym and small library. Sea Diamond Estate There's not much one can say about Van's house besides the fact that its one of the largest, but most definately the coziest. It has four bedrooms, 2 large master bedrooms and 2 smaller guest rooms. In the living room there is multiple couches and a recliner chair, as well as a large TV and a computer upon a cheerywood desk, and opposite the door (in the living room) there is a balcony, of which lawn chairs, a hot tub and a small table are placed- overlooking the beach out the back. At the end of the hallway there is a closet, of which towels and such are kept, as well as there are two a full bathrooms with large tubs and showers, lots of counterspace and a sink and toilet. Shoreline Estates Under unfortunate cicrumstances and a lot of dedication, Drew acquired the major-scene bar in California, moving away from Texas to take over his property. Inevitably this brought in a vast amount of income, and has landed him here, on the white sandy beach overlooking teal blue waters. His mansion is quaint, old-fashioned and modern at the same time with a large kitchen, great hall for large gatherings and get-togethers, two master bedrooms with private terraces, three guest bedrooms, and the typical others: living room, four full-baths- one with a jacuzzi, elegant kitchen, large backyard, and all walk-in closets. You need to be pretty wealthy to own one of these homes. Beautiful big rooms, 5 bedrooms, two main bathrooms, two bedrooms with en-suite. Kitchen. dining. Living. Office. Total of 20 rooms, all can be made into whatever you'd like. Huge back gardens ... and fromt gardens looking over to sea. Price varies but mostly high and expensive.
